Brooke Fleming

VP Account Director

Born and raised in Atlanta, Brooke honed her advertising/marketing chops in the NYC and Chicago markets. Over her 13 years of advertising experience – 10 in the pharma space, Brooke has helped launch eight pharmaceutical brands in the U.S. and three globally. Her traditional and digital acumen covers a wide spectrum of pharma-specific audiences including HCPs, patients, payers, caregivers and advocacy groups.

Her therapeutic experience spans oncology (solid tumors and hematologic malignancies), immuno-oncology, immunology, neurology, virology, dermatology, cardiovascular, infectious disease, and rare diseases (orphan status drugs), to name a few.

In her free time she likes to cook, travel and spend time with her family!

Geoff Sheldon

A native New Zealander, and qualified Maritime Officer, Geoff studied at Auckland University of Technology (graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science) and at The New Zealand Maritime School (where he learnt a sea shanty or two).

Michael Groff

Mike is a creative director with 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising. A copywriter by trade, Mike has extensive experience in rare disease and with product launches.

Mike was lead writer on the relaunch of Sandostatin, a somatostatin inhibitor for the treatment of a rare pituitary disorder called acromegaly. Mike also launched Don’t Keep a Lid on It, a disease awareness campaign for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. Mike’s most recent rare disease work was Through Thick & Thin, a Tumblr campaign for patients with cystic fibrosis that won several creative awards, including a 2016 Clio.

On the launch front, Mike recently served as creative lead for the global and US launch of a blockbuster immunology product. This included the creation of a global brand campaign, HCP message development, and all associated launch materials. A few years prior, Mike helped launch Gilead’s Truvada for PrEP – the first FDA-approved HIV prophylaxis treatment.

Keri Hettel

Keri leads the research, data and analytics practice at Razorfish Health, with nearly 15 years of agency experience in healthcare. Keri’s team develops and directs audience insights, data-driven solutions, measurement programs, and advanced analytics techniques to elevate the customer needs and ensure programs drive business impact for their clients. 

Keri has led customer insights programs enabling longitudinal measurement and optimization from pre- to post-launch. Additionally, she has led client marketing automation solutions to enable more effective and efficient use of disparate data sets to inform customer targeting and personalized communications.

Dave Paragamian


Razorfish Health

Dave has more than 25 years of experience in health care communications and marketing on both the client and agency sides of the business. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and held multiple product director positions at Johnson & Johnson. Additionally, he spent 5 years at Roche in a progressive series of marketing and sales management roles, ultimately overseeing a $1 billion portfolio as head of sales and marketing for Roche’s US diagnostics business.

Before joining Publicis in 2016 to lead Razorfish Health, Dave was an agency president for 2 major holding companies: Havas for 5 years and, more recently, Huntsworth Health, a UK-based health care agency holding company.

Dave’s product experience is as varied as it is long-standing. He has led global launches in a diverse set of clinical categories, including rheumatology (Lyrica);  oncology (Aranesp, Neulasta, Alimta, and Keytruda);  multiple sclerosis (Tysabri); and smoking cessation (Chantix/Champix).

In addition to his role at Razorfish Health, Dave is an adjunct professor of marketing at Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business in Philadelphia, where he teaches brand management. He is a published author on the subject of branding.
