Ross’s first job was tree planting in his native Scotland. He quickly branched out with roles as copywriter, CD and global CCO at Publicis, McCann-Erickson and Grey Healthcare respectively. Before joining Greater Than One he spent seven years as EVP Creative director at Ogilvy Health. Along the way he has methodically collected all the coveted “bits of glass and metal” you’d ever want.
